He told us it was the mother board & after a hefty fee, our fridge/freezer was still not working so I called him back & after several days came back & didn't look @ anything but told us it was good that appliances were on sale. We have since had someone else look at it who replaced the heating element (& explained that the mother board had been fine all along) & now it's working fine. Very disappointed & wanted to write a review so this doesn't happen to anyone else!
